Position Title: PS: Beh Hlth / Provider Lic(AL) / SSP 2, Lic Position No.: 00043610
Salary:

NEGOTIABLE

Location: Americus/Cordele, GA Services Area/Program: Americus/Cordele Outpatient.
Description of Duties: Completes psychosocial assessments and all related paperwork including, but not limited to ,initial treatment plan and forms required for payees. Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children / adolescents and their families. Carry a caseload of clients and achieve from 28 to 34 hours of authorized services per week. Travel within the eight county service areas will be required.
Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited program and Licensure in the area of assignment and two years of related post-license experience OR Master's degree from an accredited program and License in the area of assignment and two years of experience at the lower level(HCP051). Must be proficient in keyboard use.
Preferred Qualifications: Certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy an specializing in C&A. Able to speak English and Spanish with equal skill.

Position Title: PS: Beh Hlth / Provider Lic. (SP) / SSC 1, Lic. Position No.: 00164516
Minimum Entry Salary*: NEGOTIABLE Location: Cordele, GA Services Area/Program: Cordele Outpatient
Description of Duties: Manage and supervise outpatient staff, including adult, child and adolescent counselors and case managers. Oversees day to day operation of program to include but not limited to: Meeting the agency.s established productivity standard for supervisors; ensure staff and unit meet productivity standard; ensure services are authorized before they are delivered; work with staff on writing and submitting treatment plans that are Smart: specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-limited in a timely manner; develop and oversee a marketing plan to expand service delivery to newer markets within the community; meet regularly with Clinical Director to discuss personnel and programmatic issues, ensure doctors clinics and telemedicine run efficiently, etc.
Minimum Qualifications: Master.s degree from an accredited program and License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and three years (3) of related post-license experience with at least one year being in a supervisory role. The candidate must be able to understand and interpret various kinds of data reports, ranging from outcome data to financial/budget information. Must possess the ability to do program development and establish community relationships. Must be proficient in keyboard use. Strong clinical skills with experience in crisis evaluations, diagnostic evaluations, individual, family, and group therapy is vital.
Preferred Qualifications: Three years of clinical, supervisory experience preferred. Able to speak English and Spanish with equal skill. Experience providing Clinical Supervision.

Minimum Entry Salary*: NEGOTIABLE Location: Americus, GA Services Area/Program: Sumter/Crisp/Taylor
Description of Duties: Under broad supervision, manages/coordinates and directs the clinical/social services activities of Developmental Disabilities programs in an eight (8) county geographical area. Provides programmatic and administrative direction in the daily operations of Facility Based services, Residential Services, and Family Support/Community Integration Services. Oversees day to day operation of program to include but not limited to: Meeting the agency.s established productivity standard for supervisors and staff; ensure staff and unit meet productivity standard; ensure services are authorized before they are delivered, work with staff on writing Individual Program Plans. Develop and oversee a marketing plan to expand service delivery to newer markets within the community; meet regularly with COO/Deputy Executive Director to discuss personnel and programmatic issues.
Minimum Qualifications: Master.s degree in a related field and one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare services environment or Doctorate degree in a related field. Require licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. The candidate must be able to understand and interpret various kinds of data reports, ranging from outcome data to financial/budget information. Must possess the ability to do program development and establish community relationships. Must be proficient in keyboard use.
Preferred Qualifications: Five years of clinical supervisory experience and seven years in developmental disabilities experience preferred. Able to speak English and Spanish with equal skill.
