| Description of Duties: | ||
| Performs complete evaluations/assessments of assigned patients. Orders appropriate diagnostic tests and accurately interprets results and/or consult with other professionals. Monitors patient.s progress and adjusts treatment program in accordance with established procedures and protocols. Serves as medical consultant to other staff, patients, the community, etc. Maintains records, manuals and reports. Participates on assigned committees characterized by positive leadership and a strong team orientation. Coordinates services with other program areas, organizations and key individuals. Participates in the development and implementation of strategic plans, goals and objectives for specific program areas. Responsible for meeting established productivity requirements. | ||
| Minimum Qualifications: | ||
| Board Certified/Board Admissible Georgia Licensed medical doctor with specialization in psychiatry. Must be proficient in keyboard use. | ||
| Preferred Qualifications: | ||
| Able to speak English and Spanish with equal skill. | ||
