| Description of Duties: | ||
| Under the supervision of the Chief Operation Officer (COO), performs psychosocial assessments, treatment planning/monitoring and discharge planning. Provides counseling/therapy to adult clients requiring complex intervention. Responsible for meeting established productivity requirements. | ||
| Minimum Qualifications: | ||
| Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist and three years of experience in the provision of therapeutic services. Must be proficient in keyboard use. | ||
