| Description of Duties: | ||
| Under direct supervision, will be responsible for providing facility based services and outings to DD Clients. Other duties include but not limited to, supporting transportation system, leisure opportunities for clients and tracking and documentation on a daily basis. Assisting with Supportive Employment program also required. | ||
| Minimum Qualifications: | ||
| One year experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human services setting OR Associate degree in a related field OR One year experience at the lower level or position equivalent. | ||
| Preferred Qualifications: | ||
| High School Diploma or GED | ||
