| Description of Duties: | ||
| Provides individual, group, and family therapy to the Substance Abuse population. Will be required to meet set Productivity Standards. | ||
| Minimum Qualifications: | ||
| Master’s degree from an accredited program and Licensure in the area of assignment and two years of related post-license experience OR Master’s degree from an accredited program and License in the area of assignment and two years of experience at the lower level (HCP051). Must be proficient in keyboard use. | ||
| Preferred Qualifications: | ||
| CAC II Certification preferred. | ||
