Report Cards
At Middle Flint Behavioral Healthcare, the quality of our services is critical to our mission. A variety of state and national auditors and surveyors continuously review our services, facilities, and finances, in order to ensure that we are operating effectively and efficiently.
We also conduct internal review of our services through our quality improvement process, checking everything from the appropriateness of our client record documentation to the accessibility of our buildings.
Allow us to share with you a few of our internal “report cards” – documents in which we review our challenges and strengths as part of our ongoing program improvement efforts:
Strategic Plan – Middle Flint Behavioral Healthcare proactively evaluates all of its resources to develop a strong organizational structure and to set agency goals.
Operational Plan 2012 – Through identifying specific and agency-wide goals, day-to-day and financial operations Middle Flint develops a detailed Plan of Operation.
Annual Report – In this report, learn everything from our history to service goals, program enrollment, and how our dollars are spent.
Outcome Report – Annually, each service unit establishes a set of outcome measures, in order to have goals for improved effectiveness and efficiency in delivering services, as well as measurement tools to determine if the goals were met. See how we’re doing!
In addition to internal reporting such as the above, we also receive and maintain reports from our national accrediting body, CARF; our external documentation review organization, APS Healthcare; state reviewers such as the Office of Regulatory Services; and our external financial audits. While detailed audits and reports may not make for the most enjoyable online reading experience, we welcome your requests for further information – just contact our administrative offices at 229-931-2470.
